Im UK-Forum steht betreffend den verschimmelten Creams folgendes:
Sorry to hear about this!
If you have problems with your products please let Steve know (firstname.lastname@example.org) saying when and where you got them, then he can report to Mark, Mo and Helen and they can sort out what the problem is at the factory. As we've said before, if you just tell each other on the forum (and it's not at all guarenteed that one of us will spot a thread like this) then Lush can't do anyyhing to help.
Mould tends to prefer dark to light.
The Butter Creams are made without preservative; it is water which makes things go mouldy so if you have left them damp, (and even worse, left them damp and put them in a sealed box so they can't dry out!) then mould can grow on the surface.
Those ceramic containers sound good
As for Butter Creams arriving with mould on already, that shouldn't happen. Please send it back and claim your postage too so they can be looked at.
Habe mich direkt an Steve gewandt und schnell positive Antwort erhalten:
Sorry to hear of your disappointment.
I have passed your e-mail on to our mail order team and they have
told me they will re-issue the products to you. Hopefully these will
be okay. We may have to send them without the toppings to unsure
their safe arrival.
Klingt gut ... die Toppings scheinen der Haupschimmelgrund zu sein *seufz*. Hoffentlich kommen die neuen bald
